How to register

Online registration

Visit our online CampBrain portal and register for an account.

Please read the instructions carefully during each step of the registration process. Instructions are listed at the top section of each page.

When registering online, you will be prompted to complete the Child Information and Waiver (CIW) form to complete the registration process.

Payments can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Registration must be submitted by noon (12pm MT) on the Wednesday before the camp begins.

Mandatory registration requirements

During the registration process, you will be prompted to complete the Child Information and Waiver (CIW) form. Completing this form and any additional required forms is mandatory to complete your registration process and attend camps.

We also ask you to review and agree to our policies and procedures.

Registration FAQs

When registering for a program, you will be prompted to enter your own name first, and your child(ren)'s afterwards.

The availability of each program will be stated beside the corresponding week on each program page — either open, waitlisted or full. We strive to keep these as up-to-date as possible.

Grade refers to the grade your child will enter at the beginning of the upcoming school year.

For our 2025 camps, your child should be enrolled in a camp based on the grade they are entering this September.

At this time, SAIT offers Summer Camps for children in Grades 4 through 12.

Our camps are designed to allow youth to explore a potential career field before applying to post-secondary.

Youth may enroll in a summer camp if they have graduated this year.

Youth entering grades 11, 12 or post-secondary may also want to help assist with our grades 4-6 camps by volunteering for our summer camps.

No, we are closed on statutory holidays. Our camps and lunch program are offered at reduced prices during shortened weeks.

An official invoice will be emailed to you upon submission of registration through the summer camp registration portal.

Unfortunately, the Federal Government has ended the Child Fitness and Arts Tax credit effective in 2017.

Families are no longer eligible to claim summer camps on their taxes. Families requesting receipts for years before 2017 may still contact tax.questions@sait.ca.
