Grab your eCard and head to the temporary home of SAIT’s Wellness Centre, located behind the East Hall residence. The facility is open on weekdays, 6 am - 10 pm, and 11 am - 3 pm on weekends from April 29 to August 31.
Wellness Centre
The temporary home of SAIT's Wellness Centre is open to current SAIT and AUArts students and employees.
The 15,000-square-foot facility is located behind the East Hall residence on SAIT's main campus and was designed to ensure barrier-free access. The centre features cardio machines, free weights and a full-size basketball court, which can also be used for badminton and volleyball.
Bring your eCard, along with clean, indoor, non-marking footwear. Locker rooms are equipped with day lockers, showers and washrooms. Phone lockers are also available at reception.
There's a wide variety of equipment you can sign out for free at the centre, including basketballs, volleyballs, badminton equipment, soccer balls and much more!
The Wellness Centre facility will remain in place while a new building is constructed on the site of Campus Centre.

Cohos Commons Field
Located above the SAIT Parking Garage with gorgeous views of downtown Calgary, the Cohos Commons field is open to current SAIT and AUArts students and staff for drop-in access, April through October each year.
League, team sports and structured athletic training are not permitted.
Cohos Commons hours of operation
The field is not available for drop-in during poor weather conditions and when events are scheduled.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.
We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
