Early arrivals or extensions
Early arrival or extension applies to any days outside the semester's start or end date. If you are requesting an early arrival or extension, the charge is $60 per day as per the Student Residence Agreement (SRA).
Apply to live in Residence
To apply for residence at SAIT, you must register and complete a fully application with a $100 non-refundable application fee and a $200 refundable security deposit.
All units come fully furnished with utilities included – water, sewer, trash, and high-speed internet.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.
We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
