Documents issued through MyCreds are certified and official and can be securely shared with other educational institutions, employers, and third parties. You must purchase “share credits” for $20 plus applicable taxes to view and share your transcripts. Your first purchased credit allows you to share your document once and view it anytime from anywhere as often as you need.
Additional credits must be purchased in the following situations:
- One credit is required each time you share your transcript with a third party or download a copy for yourself.
- After completing additional courses, you must have at least one share credit to view your updated transcript.
When ordering transcripts, please keep in mind the following:
- You don’t need to order transcripts in mySAIT if you have applied for a SAIT program. Your grades automatically appear on your student profile and will be used when we review your application.
- Transcripts will be made available on MyCreds™️, where you can access and share them anytime, anywhere, provided you have purchased at least one share credit. You’ll receive an email when your transcripts are available on MyCreds™️ — if we don’t have a personal email address, check your SAIT student email. If you’re unsure what email address we have on your student profile, find out what to do on our knowledge base. The first time you access MyCreds™️, you must register and activate your account.
- We no longer send your transcripts to post-secondary institutions, employers, or third-party organizations. It is up to you to share your documents with whomever you need to through MyCreds™️.
- Graduating students – Your transcript will be available on MyCreds ™️ on your conferral date. On this date, your official transcript will have the notation “Awarded." You should only request an official transcript if you need it before your credential is awarded.
- You must have at least one share credit purchased to view your transcripts on the MyCreds™️ portal. Share credits are also required to send your transcripts to external post-secondaries, employers or third-party organizations; you must purchase “share credits” directly from MyCreds™️ — each share credit costs $20 plus applicable taxes and allows you to share your transcript once.
To learn more about MyCreds ™️, visit their website or explore their FAQs. If you have questions about your transcripts, contact the Office of the Registrar.

Purchasing one share credit allows you to view your transcript anytime, wherever you are, whenever you need it. Once your initial share credit is used, you must purchase more to share your document again. You don't need to purchase credits to view it unless your document is updated.
The only time you’ll need to request a new official transcript is when you have completed new courses with SAIT — one active share credit is required to view your updated document.

Oki, Âba wathtech, Danit'ada, Tawnshi, Hello.
SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.
We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
