Kittiwat Intharaprasert has graduated from the Graphic Communications and Print Technology diploma program in the School for Advanced Digital Technology.

Originally from Thailand, Kitt has always been fascinated by how design can influence people’s lives. He loved drawing as a child and later taught himself to use the creative program Adobe Illustrator. This passion led him to pursue a career in graphic design, and he chose SAIT because of the Graphic Communications and Print Technology diploma program curriculum and the institution’s reputation.

Despite the challenge of studying in a new country and second language, Kitt’s passion for design pushed him to create his best work. Each project made him more determined to succeed.

Kitt is grateful for his instructors’ guidance in helping him develop the skills to move forward in his career and is proud to receive the Governor General’s Collegiate Bronze Medal.

Julia Ostapiuk

Julia Ostapiuk’s educational journey has been driven by a passion for marketing and a desire to succeed in the dynamic field. Born and raised in Ukraine, she pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing at SAIT to gain the knowledge and skills needed to hit the ground running in industry. Currently, as a media buyer at a local advertising agency, Julia effectively connects brands with their target audiences across various media channels. She believes in supporting local media because it strengthens community voices.

Her enthusiasm for media extends beyond her job, she has created impactful marketing and media plans through school projects to help small businesses and social enterprises make a positive difference in the world. With a strong analytical mind and unwavering determination, Julia demonstrates perseverance and commitment, making meaningful contributions to both her studies and the community.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
