On Monday, Nov. 25, mySAIT will be moving to SAIT’s ServiceNow platform for a one-stop-shop experience for all users.

Regular updates and support of the ServiceNow platform means there will be enhanced stability and consistency for all users with fewer outages and less system downtime.

What does this mean for you?

Accessing mySAIT functionality in ServiceNow

To access ServiceNow, go to https://mysait.ca or https://sait.service-now.com. Any existing URLS will redirect you to the proper login screen.

Once you have logged in to ServiceNow using SSO, you will see the ServiceNow home page with the following features:

  • An annoucement section for any future technical outages or system updates
  • An area to request services and items
  • Access to our online knowledge base
  • Access to submit a support ticket

You will be able to access mySAIT functionality including myStudent, and myApplication areas in the mySAIT drop-down menu on the top left-hand side. Whatever options are currently available to you based on the type of user you are, will display for you to select.

All functionality will remain the same as the current mySAIT platform.

Update your URLs

The current URL (mysait.ca) will redirect you to ServiceNow. We recommend updating any URLs you have bookmarked or saved. If you have URLs embedded in knowledge articles or training guides, we recommend updating them, however they will still work.

Oki, Âba wathtech, Danit'ada, Tawnshi, Hello.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
