Ryan MacDonaldRyan is a Senior Client Service Partner, Assurance Services for Ernst and Young Canada, responsible for leading several of the company’s largest multi-national audit teams servicing one of the largest clients in the business industry.

Ryan is a skilled leader focusing on tax planning, forensics, valuations, cyber and working capital management, and he has worked and developed relationships with clients across a broad and diverse industry spectrum.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business, Joint Honors in Finance and Economics from St. Francis Xavier University. He is also a Chartered Accountant Professional Designation from Alberta's Institute of Chartered Accounts.

Ryan is currently the co-chair of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Campaign to Accelerate and a vital member of the Alberta Chapter’s Advisory Board.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
