Amy Leong is the Vice President, Finance of a mid-size oil and gas producer based in Calgary, Alberta and a subsidiary of an international energy and water company with headquarters in Abu Dhabi. Ms. Leong has over 30 years of extensive experience in the Energy industry, with strong technical depth in regulatory and financial reporting, capital markets, strategic planning and risk management, along with a track record of corporate and business project delivery.
During her career, Ms. Leong participated in various corporate financing deals and business acquisitions and has had the opportunity to testify in several federal and provincial regulatory proceedings. Ms. Leong also held senior positions in a number of Canadian and US publicly listed energy companies.
Ms. Leong is a Chartered Professional Accountant, has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Calgary, and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Ms. Leong served as the Chair of Board of the Calgary Foodbank from 2016 to 2024.
