Project Criteria
Any project taken on by SAIT Polytechnic's Applied Research department will meet the following criteria: - falls into an area of expertise within our Schools: Business, Construction, Manufacturing and Automation, Hospitality and Tourism, Information and Communications Technologies, Health and Public Safety, Transportation or MacPhail School of Energy,
- meets an industry or community need
- provides an opportunity for SAIT faculty and students to progress in their field of study.
Application Process
If you are interested in working with SAIT on an applied research project, simply tell us a little about your project by completing a Project Enquiry form (link opens a Word document in new window) and email it to us. We'll review the information, determine if there is a fit and contact you if we need any additional information.
