Apply for housing and secure your room today!  Spaces go very quickly so it is very important that you get your application in early.  Below is an outline of the leasing process for SAIT Residence:

1. Print out the application that best suits your needs by clinking one of the links to the right.  There are specific applications for SAIT students, ACAD students, and Apprentice students.  SAIT residence also accepts applications from students attending nearby colleges and universities.
2. Please submit your application with a $50 non-refundable application fee and a $250 security deposit to SAIT Residence. Applications may be faxed, emailed, or mailed to the address below.  The security deposit is refundable until the lease is signed and will then be held by the manager of the SAIT Residence for the term of the lease, subject to the provisions of the lease. Payments must be cash, credit, debit or money order. Personal cheques will not be accepted.  If you would like to pay by credit card please submit a credit card charge form, also located in the links above, with your application.  Security deposits cannot be applied to rent.
3. Once your application is processed you will be sent a lease agreement by email.  You have two weeks from the day the lease is sent to return it to the leasing office.  Leases may be faxed or scanned as long as the original is sent by mail.  Spaces are not guaranteed until a signed lease agreement is received.
4. Please pay close attention to the payment due dates on the lease agreement.  To avoid any late fees please submit payment on or before the due date.
