SAIT Residence is located in the northeast corner of the main campus. Two modern high rises boast four different floor plans, including one bedroom apartments, four bedroom shared quads, two bedroom units and studio suites. The facilities are equipped with recreation/study lounges, on-site laundry facilities, and 24-hour security. Rental accommodation in Calgary tends to be fairly expensive and there can be, at times, a shortage of places to rent close to SAIT. However, the SAIT campus is conveniently located on the Light Rail Transit system (C-Train) and is situated close to downtown Calgary. Accommodation costs for a one bedroom furnished apartment starts at about $800.00 per month.
