| Our direction within the Finance Department is based on cooperation and emphasis placed on serving others as we would like to see ourselves being served. As well, we are focused on superseding the following goals: Provide innovative and strategic supply management expertise and resources to our clients; Assist with the optimization and maximization of SAIT's resources and operations. The Finance department is responsible for activities including invoicing, bids, Insurance, and purchasing.
The Purchasing Section of the Finance Department provides a centralized purchasing service for the procurement of all materials, supplies, equipment, and services required by SAIT.
Where technical details are necessary, the user department may communicate directly with the suppliers.
Every effort will be made to accommodate out-of-town representatives without appointments during regular office hours.
