S.T.E.P. into SAIT Are you a newly registered student at SAIT? Would you like to maximize your post-secondary experience? Attend a free workshop January 10 and January 12, and develop effective study skills, learn to manage stress, find out about the career planning process, learn about resources at SAIT to help you succeed, and more! RSVP today! PREP 100 Transitioning to post-secondary can be a challenge for anyone. To help make your transition go more smoothly, take some time before your term begins and register for PREP 100. The course is designed to help prepare students to succeed in their studies at SAIT. Topics covered include managing time, learning strategically, improving memory, taking effective notes in class, working in teams, and managing exam anxiety and stress. Students will learn about themselves through self-reflection and self-assessment, as well as learn skills and use strategies to maximize their post-secondary experience. These skills apply to your experience at SAIT and are transferable life skills that will apply in your career as well. - CRN 64087 (Online only)
