Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate of Achievement SAIT.ca - Continuing Education This certificate offers up-to-date training and knowledge to prepare students for administrative work specifically in the legal field. Students will develop the practical skills necessary to succeed in legal administrative assistant duties, including the preparation of legal documents and correspondence, keyboarding, and proficiency in a variety of computer applications in a hands-on learning environment. Students will also be introduced to basic legal concepts, theoretical and procedural law in the areas of general law, litigation, corporate, and real estate law. Students will have flexible scheduling options and the option of transferring their continuing education courses into the full-time Legal Assistant Diploma. Students may take up to five years to complete this certificate.
