ISG Wine Fundamentals Certificate of Achievement Level 2 SAIT.ca - Continuing Education Advance your understanding of wine and winemaking as you take this preparatory course for the Sommelier Diploma. This 15-week course exposes students to all elements involved in the wine business including viticulture, vinification and regional laws. Students will develop blind tasting skills by studying old and new world wine regions as well as sparkling and fortified wines. In addition, students will build their service skills, food and wine pairing techniques and proper storage practices.
