Certified Chef De Cuisine SAIT.ca - Continuing Education The Certified Chef de Cuisine program is administered on behalf of the Canadian Culinary Institute (CCI) The CCI is an educational branch of the Canadian Culinary Federation of Chefs de Cuisine. This program is designed for chefs currently working in supervisory positions or those upgrading to assume a supervisory position. Upon completion of the four courses students are eligible to take the Certified Chef de Cuisine national exam administered by the Canadian Culinary Federation of Chefs de Cuisine. *GST/HST applicable in provinces where relevant
