In these courses you develop the technical background for a management role in the construction industry. This program deals with projects in the residential sector. The program is designed for project administrators, technicians, planners, supervisors or people with experience on the construction site. It is intended for part-time students working in the field or those considering a move to Construction Management. The Canadian Construction Association recognizes several of these courses under their Gold Seal program.
