Program Managers oversee multiple, related projects and their resources to achieve strategic business goals. Program Managers must build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization. While program management is not a new role, the skills are becoming more recognized in industry. Our Program Management Overview course includes the PMI® (Project Management Institute) publication titled The Standard for Program Management.
