Course Finder Courses/Certificates Diplomas Degrees Fast-Track Pre-Employment

Developed in conjunction with the Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accounting, this program provides students with a thorough knowledge of petroleum products in addition to an understanding of the industry’s financial practices and government regulations. SAIT offers the Oil and Gas Production Accounting program in several formats: lecture-based classroom courses in the evening; Internet-based independent study courses; a 15-week series block day time program which includes an introduction to Production Accounting Systems (PAS) hands-on training; or as part of an eight-month Fast-Track program with additional courses to enhance the learning experience.

Note: It is highly recommended that you take a course in financial accounting previous to taking this program and take OGPA 201 upon completion.
