There is a proverb that says: "The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, the second best time is today".  Sustainability in business is not a new principle. It is, however, growing in urgency and importance every day.  If managers do not take a more diligent approach to managing the vital resources that make business work, those resources will soon be exhausted. In this program participants will learn how social and environmental responsibility is complimentary to key business drivers such as business profitability, asset management and human resources. Participants will identify strategies to help them navigate the challenges of developing a sustainable business and learn management practices that positively impact the Triple Bottom Line.
