Notes:

The end of the 8th week of a term is the last day to clear course deficiencies and to receive mark changes from the previous term. For courses required for continued registration (prerequisite courses), the deadline is the end of the second week of classes.

The mid-point of a term is the last day to clear Incomplete “I” Grades and to receive mark changes from the previous term. For courses required for continued registration (pre-requisite courses), the deadline is the end of the second week of classes.

*Withdrawal Deadline: the last day to officially withdraw from a course or program and receive “W” grades. For courses less than 15 weeks in duration, the withdrawal deadline is prior to 70% of the course duration.

The date for the Add/Drop period is based on the term length. Please see below for the period length for your course.

Term length is 13 or more weeks: The add/drop period is two weeks from program term start date.

Term length is 8-12 weeks: The add/drop period is one week from program term start date.

Term length is 2-7 weeks: The add/drop period is two days from program term start date.

Term length is less than two weeks: There is no add/drop period.
