SAIT Computer Store:  Software

All software available in-store is listed in our Store Catalogue (*.pdf; opens in new window). For software not listed in the in the catalogue, please call the Computer Store at 403.210.4070 to order in.

There is a "10-day" return exchange policy on all unopened software.
Due to the threat of software piracy the SAIT Computer Store will not accept any software that has been opened and repackaged.
On software that is marked final sale, there will be no returns.
All defective software must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
The SAIT Computer Store may act as a conduit for the exchange depending on manufacture policy, but the defective product will not be replaced out of existing store stock.

Academic Software* special pricing is available to all post-secondary - Students registered in the current semester for Full Time, Distance Learning and Continuing Education programs, Staff and Faculty members with current, valid post-secondary ID subject to approval by store staff.

Microsoft’s SAIT Student Select Software* pricing is available only to SAIT - Students registered in the current semester for Full Time, Part Time, Distance Learning and Continuing Education programs and to SAIT Staff and Faculty members with current valid identification.

Adobe’s SAIT Student License Software* pricing is available only to SAIT - Students registered in the current semester for Full Time, Part Time, Distance Learning and Continuing Education programs, SAIT Staff and Faculty members with current valid identification.

*Limitations of Academically Priced Software:

• Academically Priced Software is not for business use.
• Manufacturers limit Academically Priced Software for private personal use only.
• Academically Priced Software is not eligible for upgrade to newer versions.
• Manufactures can limit the number of copies sold per ID.
• Identification subject to approval by store staff call 403.210.4070 for details.

• For New and Existing Staff and Faculty: Post-Secondary ID required for the purchase of Academic Software and Apple Computers.
• For Current Students: Current semester post-secondary school identification card.
• For Prospective (Students newly registered) Students: Current semester post-secondary course registration receipt & photo identification.

*Your SAIT ID card acts as a Post-Secondary Identification Card that allows you to purchase the software.
