To align institutional activities on addressing the goals, objectives, and targets established in the Strategic Plan and to focus those efforts on the annual strategic priorities.

To embed the Strategic Plan and Management Action Plan in the work of all employees of the institution.

To evaluate progress on the plan and improve data and research quality through internal and external research networks.

Our Role @ SAIT
Institutional Planning and Analysis is SAIT Polytechnic's internal resource to facilitate and coordinate organizational planning, strategic implementation, and research and analysis as well as building external relationships with similar functions in other post-secondary institutes and research organizations.

The department will continue to develop alignment and focus by facilitating the Continuous Planning Cycle at all levels of the institution, ensuring that all employee activities contribute to making progress on the Strategic Plan (*.pdf; open new browser window).
