INSP-232 Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) - This course is designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills required in developing and maintaining an effective Radiation Protection Program in accordance with the CNSCs General Nuclear Safety,  Control and Radiation Protection Regulations. Lessons will cover: Acts and Regulations, Radiation Protection Management, Radiation and Radioactivity, Radiation Monitoring and Effects, Principles of Radiation Protection and Radiography Operations and Procedures.  Please call 403.774.4923 for more information.

MWRT-127 Industrial Rigging & Hoisting - This course concentrates on safe rigging and hoisting procedures. Learn correct selection and care of rigging components, load attachment methods, lifting techniques and provincial regulations. Ideal for anyone involved in industrial hoisting operations.

MWRT-110 Industrial Hydraulics Level 1 - Designed to introduce the participant to basic hydraulic theory, components and troubleshooting. Students will learn the functions of pumps, valves (directional, pressure and flow), piping, cylinders and motors, as well as basic circuit construction and troubleshooting techniques. The course consists of both theory and hands on practice in our fluids lab.

MWRT-122 Industrial Hydraulics Level 2 - Building on skills and concepts from Industrial Hydraulics Level 1, this course will deal with more complex circuits and troubleshooting, as well as hydraulic circuit design. The course consists of both theory and hands on practice in our fluids lab.
