Complete SAIT's Digital Audio Certificate of Achievement in just 6 weeks! If you’re interested in working in the media, entertainment, music and other industries where sound specialists are required, this Certificate program will give you the training you need. You’ll discover the theory of sound, and learn how to work effectively with today’s digital audio hardware and software. You’ll learn how to prepare the environment, select and position microphones, interconnect equipment and record music and sounds and effectively process and modify those recordings using the latest digital technologies. You’ll learn how to record, edit, apply digital signal processing, mix and master a variety of digital audio projects. You will also learn sound synthesis, preparing your work for live performance and how to operate a live sound P.A. system. These in-depth courses will give you the skills and experiences needed to undertake a career in the audio industry. Courses will include: - AUDI-205 Digital Sound I
