FOUNDATION™ fieldbus Discovery for Instrumentation Professionals

A two-day course produced and presented by SAIT to learners desiring hands-on training in FOUNDATION™ fieldbus. This course will present theory and laboratory exercises demonstrating the FOUNDATION™ fieldbus protocol and its implementation. This course is the second in a series toward certification as a FOUNDATION™ fieldbus Certified Professional.

After completing the Discovery course, learners will be able to:

• Explain the fundamentals of FOUNDATION™ fieldbus technology
• Compare FOUNDATION™ fieldbus technology to conventional technology

FOUNDATION™ fieldbus Practices for Instrumentation Professionals

A three-day course produced and presented by SAIT to advanced learners desiring comprehensive training in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of FOUNDATION™ fieldbus systems. This course will present theory and laboratory exercises reinforcing learning from previous courses but focusing on detailed specifications for system components, installation considerations, documentation techniques, and hands-on applications. This course is the third and final in a series toward certification as a FOUNDATION™ fieldbus Certified Professional.
