The program is a great way to start your career. In just 24 weeks you will learn to install, maintain and repair the measuring and control instruments used in industrial and commercial processing and manufacturing. You will work with a wide variety of pneumatic, electronic and microcomputer instruments used to measure and control variables such as pressure, flow, temperature, level, and chemical composition.
Upon successful completion of the first 15 weeks, you will be eligible to write the first Trades Qualification (TQ) exam. At the end of 24 weeks, provided you pass the first period exam and the last 9 weeks of the course, you will be eligible to write the second TQ exam.
