Wes Jamieson

Wes Jamieson  is a SAIT Polytechnic alumnus (Electronics Technician and Wireless Technician – both with Honours), and an Instructor in the School of Information Communications Technology. Wes began his career in the Telecommunications Industry in 1970. In 1999, Wes began teaching at SAIT in the Telecommunications Program. He was a Program Coordinator for four years, spent three years teaching industry courses for Global Knowledge, and for the past several years has been instructing in the Telecommunications Technician and Apprentice Programs.

Wes is an active volunteer and continues to work as an office official with several sporting teams in Calgary.  He was a volunteer hockey time keeper at the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, and is currently looking forward to helping out with the World Junior Hockey Tournament in Calgary later this year.
