		Gary Bentham

Gary Bentham is the President of BTM Corporate Advisory Services Inc., which provides financial planning, restructuring and transaction services to private companies in Canada and the United States.  Gary was previously a corporate recovery and audit partner with KPMG LLP where he served public and private companies in the manufacturing, energy services, technology, financial services, professional sports and real estate development sectors.  Gary served on KPMG Canada’s Board of Directors for five years.

Gary is currently a Director of CWC Well Services Corp. and CriticalControl Solutions Inc., Calgary-based public companies which serve the energy, government and health sectors.  Gary serves as the Chair of the Audit, Investment and Pension Committees of the SAIT Polytechnic Board of Governors.  A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Gary is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
